Electromagnetic Compatibility
- Part of the metrological certification is EMC test No. 8551-PT-E024-09 according to OIML R 117-1, ČSN EN 61326 and NV and 464/2005 coll.
Flammability and Hazard
- An EX type-verification (Certification) according to Annex 3 to government Decree 23/2003 Coll. as amended (Annex III. to Directive 2014/34/EU ATEX) with Notified Body No.1026: AO 210 Physical Technical Testing Institute Ostrava – Radvanice.
EX-approved Devices
FlowMont’s fluid dispensing systems are EX II. 2G II. BT3 approved. Therefore they are suitable for use in environment with increased concentrations of explosive gases, vapor or dust.
Each individual component of the facility is located in the regulated safety zone of the Trade Inspection and BOSP.
- The entire dispensing system is secured
- stand (meets safety zones 2)
- hydraulic ways and electrical wiring are made according to valid EU standards
- the tank is equipped with vapor temperature sensor above the surface and minimum level sensor which prevent the gas from entering the measuring system.
- We provide operators with manuals and training to ensure safe operation of EX-approved devices.
